Rita Ora scared after being bombarded with abuse

London: Pop star Rita Ora says she has been hounded by abuse, both on the internet and on the street.

The 24-year-old singer thinks becoming a coach on singing reality show 'The Voice' will leave her open to further attacks, reported Daily Star.

"I get negativity all the time. I have it on Twitter constantly and I get it walking down the street. When I was first in the public eye I had so much random things and so many crazy things happened," Ora said.
"It was with everything from how I dress to what I say and how I sing. So I really had to commit to the way I am."

Ora has been abused online in the past over false claims she cheated on ex-lovers Calvin Harris and Rob Kardashian.

She said signing up to BBC1 hit 'The Voice' has left her anxious.

"I have been getting so nervous about what people will think of me. People have a different perception of me compared to what I am actually like. I guess people see pictures and my music videos and don't know the kind of person I am," Ora said.

"So being on the show is intimidating. It is like I am giving myself to people. But I am going to watch and I will be looking at Twitter," she said.
