Melbourne: Once owned by Jennifer Lopez, the Miami Beach mansion has now been sold to Phil Collins in a 42.6 million dollars deal that closed on June 16.

The 64-year-old singer bought the mansion from Mark Gainor, who nabbed the digs from the 'Dance Again' hit-maker in 2005 for 17.94 million dollars and renovated it for three years, reported News.com.au.

Standing mighty at 3,704 square meters, the mansion, which looks out to the Miami skyline, boasts of seven bedrooms, eight full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms.

It also includes an interior courtyard with koi pond, a cabana with outdoor kitchen, boat dock, an 18 meters swimming pool and a master suite whose closet alone measures roughly 300 square meters.
