Washington: A 24-year-old man who claims to be Michael Jackson`s lovechild is going back to court in the hope of getting a slice of the singer’s fortune, even though he was already turned down by officials in charge of MJ’s estate.
Two months after the King of Pop`s death, Prince Michael Malachi Jet Jackson submitted a California birth certificate listing Michael Joseph Jackson as his father in August (09) in a bid to prove he`s the singer`s offspring, reports Contactmusic.
Officials in charge of Jackson`s estate turned down his bid, but Prince Michael, who shares the same name as Jackson`s son with Debbie Rowe, is still determined to lay claim to his share of the star`s fortune.
A website reports that he has filed "objections of rejection" paperwork in Los Angeles County Superior Court, asking a judge to determine that he is "the biological son of decedent Michael Joseph Jackson.”
