Washington: Katie Holmes may have to depose in Tom Cruise `s legal fight against two magazines publishers.
Sources revealed that learned that lawyers representing German magazine empire Bauer Media, the publisher of ` In Touch` and ` Life and Style`, are yet to decide but it is "certainly possible", Radar Online reported.
Cruise had sued the Bauer publications, alleging that they defamed him.
