Officials told tmz.com that she had indulged in large amounts of cocaine and alcohol before she was found dead in a bathtub. She died Jan 15.
A friend found the model unresponsive in a bathtub and performed CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), while the paramedics responded. Unfortunately they were unable to revive Hensley and she was pronounced dead, reports eonline.com.
