New Delhi: Delhi Police officer MK Meena, whom Arvind Kejriwal and his Aam Aadmi Party had repeatedly labelled as “corrupt” in the past, will now lead the probe into Delhi Chief Minister's “bribery” case.

Lieutenant General Anil Baijal on Monday reportedly referred the case to Meena, who heads the Delhi Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACT).

AAP MLA Kapil Mishra on Monday demanded a lie-detector test for Kejriwal, Health minister Satyendra Jain and himself, to vindicate his claims.

"I am going to ACB office to give detailed evidence on the tanker scandal. I want Arvind Kejriwal, Satyendra Jain and I to undergo a lie-detector test," Mishra told the media here.

He also said that he has sought more time from the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to prove the charges.

Reacting to Mishra's comment, Meena said, “We will record the statement of Kapil Mishra, and law will take its own course.”

However, he said Mishra did not register any complaint yet.
