The new price will be applicable for a three-bedroom HIG category flat having a plinth area of 84.82 sq m in Shalimar Bagh which has now risen to Rs 46.50 lakh. The price of the flat was earlier printed as Rs 37.50 lakh in the brochure.

DDA also said that the prices of flats mentioned in the brochure are only tentative and has already been mentioned in the brochure.

The new scheme offers flats ranging from Rs 7 lakh to Rs 1.2 crore across categories, viz - EWS, LIG, MIG, HIG, Janta flats and one-room apartments and was rolled out from September 1.
