Chandigarh: Realty firm ATS Infrastructure on Thursday announced it will launch a new group housing project in Mohali with an investment of Rs 400 crore.
The project, spread over 25 acres of land, will offer 3-bedroom (2,400 sq.Ft) and 4-bedroom (3,300 sq.Ft) flats at the rate of Rs 3,750 per square feet, said company's Deputy Chief Operating Officer Sanjeev Kathuria here today.
"We will be investing Rs 400 crore on this project and it will be completed by December 2016," he said.
"We are expecting a turnover of Rs 900-1000 crore from this project," he said.
The project named as ATS Casa Espana will also have amenities including clubhouse with swimming pool, gym, indoor & outdoor games' areas, multi-purpose hall, utility shops, caf, basketball, tennis court, table tennis room, billiards room, cricket pitch and jogging track.
