New Delhi: A shocking incident happened during Tesla S sports car testing while it was on 'Áutopilot' driving mode in Florida, US.
The first US fatality using self-driving technology took place in May when the vehicle driven by Joshua Brown, 40, collided with a truck as per federal officials.
