Chennai: Nasdaq-listed Sify Technologies Ltd has bagged the Best Cloud Solution Implementation Award for providing cloud service to the Madhya Pradesh State Data Centre.
The solution, provided by Sify Technologies to the data centre, was awarded Best Cloud Solution Implementation Award at the Knowledge Exchange 2015 event held in Goa recently, city-based Sify said in a statement.
Sify received the recognition for its deployment and management of 'Cloudinfinit' platform that has helped the State Data Centre transform into a service provider to various government departments, it said.
"This recognition is a great endorsement of our focus on building sustainable cloud and managed solutions for various State governments. By Cloud enabling the State Data Centre, we have helped the Madhya Pradesh government transform the IT services and solutions by various government departments", Sify Technologies, CEO, Kamal Nath said.
Sify Technologies currently manages similar cloud platforms in Kerala, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Tripura, the statement said.
