* Google India announced a new initiative ‘Google Advantage’ with an aim to provide deeper engagement to small medium businesses who are looking to gain from the rising Internet user base in the country.

* The initiative is designed to help small medium businesses get first hand information from Google in a format that will encourage SMBs to share their challenges and learn directly from Google experts.

* The event will be held in Delhi from September 7th to 12th 2015 and extend to more cities basis the feedback.

* The initiative in Delhi will be executed in partnership with Google agency partners IPG Media brands.
Google has committed to help 20 million small medium businesses get a free online presence by 2017 through a mobile-based app called Google My Business.

* Google has rolled out this program across 14 cities in India with feet on street model and aims to get 3 million small medium businesses online by end of this year.
