New Delhi: Advocate Prashant Bhushan on Tuesday said that he is ready to face prosecution if information provided regarding CBI director Ranjit Sinha meeting various accused and CBI file notings is wrong.

Meanshile the CBI yesterday moved an application before Supreme Court for slapping a perjury case against Prashant Bhushan and the petitioner represented by him for making "mischievous" statement to "deliberately and intentionally" mislead the apex court.

The diary entries being reported carry sensational mention about Sinha's alleged meetings with representatives of companies and persons who are facing agency probe at his residence.

The issue of entry register was raised by NGO Centre for Public Interest Litigation (CPIL), one of the PIL petitioners on whose plea 122 licences for 2G spectrum were cancelled by the apex court.
