Gandhinagar: The industrialists from across the world, who are currently attending the Vibrant Gujarat Global Investors Summit here, on Sunday hailed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as an 'inspiring leader' and added that India's future looks bright under his leadership.

"He is very inspiring. You can feel the energy and the vibrations in the air when he talks. He is a fresh breath of air for India and as world business leaders we can see that he means change, he means business and he will usher in a vibrant future for India," an industrialist from Singapore told ANI here.

"India has a low cost, high quality workforce and will certainly become one of the leading forces of global exports," he added.

Another visiting industrialist said India has a very energetic leader and he will lead this country to new heights.

"'Make in India' is a very good slogan and needs to be transformed into reality. India is very well known for its IT capabilities and not so much for its high manpower based manufacturing capabilities but by consolidating companies and by having industrial production, knowledge and manpower can make the initiative a success," he added.

Meanwhile, an Indian industrialist lauded Prime Minister Modi's vow to reduce bureaucratic procedures.

"This was a landmark event. The kind of visitors that came to the summit speaks volumes about that. If the Prime Minister succeeds in simplifying laws and bureaucracy, it will be very beneficial for industry," he said.

Speaking at the Summit earlier in the day, Prime Minister Modi invited the global investors to participate in his government's 'Make in India' initiative, adding that the nation will offer potential stakeholders the 'three Ds: democracy, demography and demand'.

"We launched 'Make in India' to encourage growth of manufacturing in country, we are working hard to make India a global manufacturing hub. Wherever I went I found a curiosity, an attraction and feeling of pride towards India. Countries are coming forward to work with us," Prime Minister Modi said.

"India offers you three Ds: democracy, demography and demand. This is what you are looking for. You will not find all of them together at any other destination of the world," he added.

Asserting that he was committed to reviving the Indian economy, the Prime Minister pledged to create a fair and transparent policy environment.
