New Delhi: India's leading software firm Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is giving a one-time bonus worth Rs 2,628 crore to all eligible employees to mark the 10th anniversary of its IPO.
According to reports, all employees who have completed one year in the company are eligible for the one-time bonus.
The bonus will be one week's salary for every year of service that an employee had rendered, the company is reported to have said in a statement.
TCS was listed on the market in 2004 and is the largest listed firm in terms of market capitalisation.
