Chennai: On 4th May, The board of integrated logistics solutions provider Sical Logistics has appointed R Ram Mohan as its Chairman with immediate effect.
A decision to this effect was taken at the Chennai-based company's board meeting held here on 4th May, Sical Logistics said in a BSE filing.
"..Mohan was elevated and appointed as Chairman of the Board effective May 4, 2015. He falls under the category of Non-executive," it said.
Meanwhile, Kush S Desai was appointed as Joint Managing Director with immediate effect, it said.
The board also gave its nod to obtain the consent of the members through postal ballot for appointment of Kush S Desai as Whole-Time director, confirming the appointment of Shweta Shetty and Sudhir V
Kamath as Additional Directors, it said.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 140.40 apiece, up by 1.08 per cent on the BSE.
