New Delhi: Amid the ongoing controversy, CBI chief Ranjit Sinha has admitted of meeting ADAG officials at his Delhi residence but rubbished the accusation of doing any favour to them.

The Supreme Court will examine the allegations today. A source said that a close watch is being kept on the proceedings in the Supreme Court.

On Monday, activist-advocate Prashant Bhushan accused Sinha of meeting top executives of Reliance Anil Dhirubhai Ambani Group (ADAG) indicted in 2G scam.

Sinha said that he had met the ADAG officials only ''once'' or ''twice''. He defended his stand by saying that there is nothing wrong in meeting people, as long as he is not doing any favour to them.

Three ADAG officials are accused in the 2G scam case. Sinha also said that was being subjected to snooping as no visitor's diary is maintained at his residence and the diary in question was fake.
