New Delhi: Reliance Communications (RCOM) has launched One India, One Rate Plans thereby making incoming calls free while on roaming.
Under One India, One Rate Plans, both post-paid and pre-paid GSM customers will have to pay only their home plan tariffs while on roaming. The roaming plan is applicable to both Local and STD calls.
Post-Paid One India, One Rate (599 plan) users can make calls at flat outgoing rate of 30 paise/minute anywhere in the country after the free (700 min talktime) minutes are over. On the One India, One Rate (350 Plan) once the free (1,200 min talktime) minutes are over, users will have to pay a flat rate of 40p/min for outgoing calls.
For the pre-paid users the One India, One Rate starts at Rs 45 making outgoing local and STD calls at 40 paise/minute. The plan will be valid for 30 days.
