New Delhi: Power trading firm PTC India on Wednesday said that Arun Kumar has joined as Director of finance department of the company on June 16.
"...Pursuant to his appointment, Mr Arun Kumar has joined as Director (Finance) and CFO of PTC India Limited w.E.F. June 16, 2015," PTC India , formerly known as Power Trading Corporation of India, said in a regulatory filing.
State-run companies Powergrid, NTPC, PFC and NHPC hold 16 per cent stake in issued share capital of PTC and the rest 84 per cent is owned by financial institutions, large utilities and public at large.
Shares of PTC India were trading at 63.85 a unit, up by 1.11 per cent, in morning session at BSE.
