Images of HTC One M8 Ace have already hit the market. While the phone is likely to be available in the market in the first week of June.
HTC One M8 and HTC One M8 Ace have many other things common apart from their name, TC One M8 Ace will house the same 5 inch display screen, 2.5 GHz quad-core processor, 2GB RAM, internal storage of 16 GB and 32 GB which is expandable up to 128 GB as the phone comes with a microSD card slot, 13MP primary camera and a 5MP secondary camera. The phone is also expected to include a front facing BoomSound speaker.
The Ace variant will run on the latest Android 4.4 KitKat Oprating System which will power the device with the HTC Sense 6 custom interface and support for the Motion Launch gesture and DotView Smart Cover.
HTC Once M8 Ace will have the same body shape like the HTC One M8, the difference being HTC One M8 came with a metal body while M8 Ace will come with a polycarbonate body, a material that reduces the manufactuing cost.
The polycarbonate device will be available in four colours red, blue, white and grey and if the rumors ring true then HTC One M8 Ace will hit the store at nearly USD 450.
