New Delhi: Luxury phone maker Vertu has launched its uber cool and extravagant smartphone -- Vertu Aster at a whopping cost of Rs 4.75 in the Indian market.
The handmade smartphone is made up with luxurious materials and it can further be made personalised with an engraving or a monogram.
The Aster sports a 5.1-inch 5th generation solid sapphire crystal screen with full HD display technology and titanium casing. The smartphone comes in various colours and comes with leather finishing like Calf, Karung and Ostrich leather.
It runs on Android 4.4 KitKat Operating System, for processing power it has a 2.3GHz quad core Snapdragon 801 SOC. On the connectivity front, Vertu Aster offers quad-band GSM, 3G and LTE 4G capability. Aster offers complimentary Classic Concierge service for six months from a team of lifestyle managers available 24x7.
The handset is selling for 7900 euros in the UK.
