New Delhi: Motorola has launched a new smartphone in the Indian market, the Moto X Play for Rs 18,499 following the huge success of Moto G and Moto E handsets in the country.

Packed with a punch of high features, the Moto X is a 5.5-inch full HD (1920x1080) display that comes with 1.7GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor and 2GB of RAM.

- The Moto X Play, as predicted has a 5.5-inch full HD (1920x1080) display with Gorilla Glass 3. 

- It packs a 1.7GHz octa-core Snapdragon 615 processor, with an Adreno 405 GPU and 2GB RAM. 

- The phone rocks a 21MP rear shooter with Blue Glass filter and dual LED CCT flash and 1080p recording, and a 5MP front shooter. 

- It also has the "Quick Capture" feature also in the 3rd gen Moto G; just twist your wrist to start the camera. 

- The phone comes in 16GB and 32GB storage variants, with support micro SD cards up to 128GB, and is powered by a 3630mAh battery with Motorola's TurboPower, giving you 8 hours of usage on 15 minutes of charge. 

- The phone also has dual SIM slots and supports 4G on both cards.

- The new Moto X Play has a starting price of Rs 18,499 for the 16GB version, and the phone will go on sale exclusively on Flipkart at midnight tonight.
