New Delhi: Meizu on Monday launched the m3s smartphone in China – also known as the Meizu M 3 Metal which comes with a fingerprint sensor.
As the name suggests, the Meizu M3S smartphone comes with a metal body and is available in two variants - one sporting 2GB of RAM, 16GB of inbuilt storage and priced at CNY 699 while the second one comes with 3GB of RAM, 32GB of inbuilt storage and has been priced CNY 899.
The memories can be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.
The smartphone features a a 2.5D 5-inch HD (1280×720 pixels) display and is powered by a MediaTek MT6750 octa-core processor clocked at 1.5GHz.
The Meizu M3S runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop based Flyme OS laid on top.
Both the variants of the smartphones sport a 13MP autofocus rear camera with LED flash and a 5MP front-facing camera for selfies. Both the cameras are capable of recording videos in 1080p resolution.
The device is powered a 3,020mAh battery which the company says will give a full day's life on mix usage.
It comes in Rose Gold, Silver, Grey and Gold color options. However, there are no dates for international availability.
