New Delhi: Come October 14 and the customers will be able to buy Xiaomi Redmi 1S smartphone as Flipkart will put up 1,00,000 units of the smartphone up for grabs.
This mega offer will start once the 'Big Billion Day' sale by the online retailer Flipkart comes to an end.
Xiaomi Redmi 1S has almost crossed the 3,00,000 mark by far. The registrations for the sale have already started, and as many as 2,00,000 people have signed up.
The Redmi 1S is the second best blockbuster smartphone after Xiaomi's Mi 3. The smartphone is very economical and is priced at Rs 5,999.
The Redmi 1S sports a 4.7-inch 720p IPS display. It comes with 16GB of onboard storage and a microSD card slot that further expands it up to 64GB.
It is powered by a 2000mAh battery and runs on Android 4.3 Jelly Bean operating system. The smartphone has a 8MP rear camera and a 1.6MP front camera.
