New Delhi: Apple has launched the latest updated version of its MacBook in India, which is also the thinnest at just 13.1 mm.
The MacBook comes with faster processors, weighs about 0.92 kg and has a battery life of up to 10 hours on one full charge.
The MacBook is available in two variations:
- First one comes with a 1.1 GHz dual-core Intel Core m3 processor with 8 GB of internal memory and 256GB of flash storage. It is priced at Rs 106900.
- The second one is a little more advance and comes with 1.2 GHz dual-core Intel Core m5 processor, 8GB memory and 512 GB flash storage. It is priced at Rs 12,9900.
Both the variants of the MacBook comes with a 12-inch Retina display with a resolution of 2304 x 1440 pixels resulting to 226 ppi.
The MacBook is 13.1 mm in thickness and weighs 0.92 kg. It is equipped with a built-in 41.4-watt-hour lithium-polymer battery which gives over 10 hours battery life and 30 days of standby time.
The device is available in 4 different colours of Rose Gold, Gold, Silver and Space Grey.
"MacBook is the thinnest and lightest Mac we have ever made and it's our vision for the future of the notebook. Customers are going to love this update to MacBook," said Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president said.
