Hyundai Verna facelift launched at Rs 7.74 lakh

New Delhi: Hyundai on Wednesday launched the facelifted C-Segment Verna in the Indian market in the price range of Rs 7.74 lakh - Rs. 12.20 lakh (ex-showroom, Delhi).

Verna facelift has been pitted against Honda City, Volkswagen Vento, and Maruti Ciaz in the domestic market. Dealers across the country have begun to take advance bookings of the updated model with upfront payments of Rs 21,000 to Rs 51,000.

Hyundai, which is currently the country's second largest manufacturer, saw the domestic sales market grow by 4.1 percent to 34,780 units in January, as compared to 33,405 units in January 2014.
