Mumbai: Vishal Bhardwaj has worked with some of the most talented names in the film industry. ‘Omkara’ starring Ajay Devgn, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan and Vivek Oberoi was one of his most critically acclaimed and commercially successful films.
During the special screening of his upcoming film ‘Rangoon’ which stars Kareena’s husband Saif, Bhardwaj expressed his desire to work with the ‘Chameli’ actor again.
"I am a big fan of Kareena and share a great rapport with her. She is a fabulous actress. I hope to work with her again," Bhardwaj said.
Recently, Kareena praised the director and his work. The 35-year-actress said she wants ‘Rangoon’ to become one of the best films of the year.
Interestingly, the upcoming film also features Kareena’s former boyfriend Shahid Kapoor.
Slated to release on February 24, ‘Rangoon’, set against the backdrop of World War II, is a period drama which also features Kangana Ranaut.
