Mumbai: A few days after Aamir Khan’s look in Thugs of Hindostan was leaked, a photograph of Amitabh Bachchan outside the sets of the film has now surfaced online.
The Vijay Krishna Acharya directorial is apparently a period action adventure film set in a backdrop seldom seen on screen. So the costumes of the artistes are bound to be different! In the pic which is now in circulation on social media, we can see Big B sporting a headgear and wearing attire equipped with armour and a sword fixed to it at the back.

Big B wears a fierce expression and it speaks volumes about his character in the film.
The film produced by Yash Raj Films also stars Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Khan. Thugs of Hindostan will mark Aamir’s first film with Bachchan and second with Katrina and Fatima. He had romanced Katrina in ‘Dhoom 3’ and played father to Fatima in Nitesh Tiwari’s Dangal.
The makers of the film have maintained stoic silence about the storyline and going by Aamir’s recent selections, it is bound to be of a different league altogether.
Bollywood hasn’t experimented much with period films so it would be interesting to see how Vijay treats TOH.
Soon after Aamir’s look in the film was leaked, the superstar reportedly beefed up security cover outside the sets of the film. He has grown his hair and pierced his nose especially for the film. And this is why Aamir is called a perfectionist.
