Mumbai: Salman Khan has been an integral part of some of Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s most appreciated films. And if everything goes well, we could see the hunk of an actor in an SLB film once again!
Yes, you read that right. Salman may team up with Bhansali soon after he completes all the projects in hand. The two have had a bitter-sweet relationship ever since the filmmaker decided to cast Shah Rukh Khan (then Salman’s arch rival) in ‘Devdas’ in 2002.
Things for sorted and they teamed up for ‘Saawariya’ in 2007 but again their equation reportedly turned sour after ‘Guzaarish’ - SLB’s film starring Hrithik Roshan.
Interestingly, SLB wanted to cast Salman in his dream project – ‘Bajirao Mastani’, a film that was on hold for over a decade which finally turned into a reality in 2015 with Ranveer Singh essaying the lead role.
However, the actor-director duo has reconciled.
According to a report in DNA, Salman will hear the narration from Bhansali soon after the director completes ‘Padmavati’.
“We’ve been discussing a script. If it does happen, it’ll happen only after I finish all the films that I’ve taken up,” DNA quoted Salman as saying.
