New Delhi: We all know that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan's 'Jab Harry Met Sejal' will witness him essaying the role of a guide, But, still, the cinema lovers are dying to mow more about his on-screen character. And, in order to quench their thirst, filmmaker Imtiaz Ali recently opened up about the same and revealed interesting trivia.
Giving insight of Shah Rukh's character, Imtiaz said, "Harinder Singh Nehra is a tour guide. He guides about a ton of people every day and takes them where they want, but personally, he is lost."
"He has not found what he is seeking for, but every day in his life there are hundreds of people reaching where they want to reach, which is just a tourist location that he is not even bothered to look at. He doesn't know where he is going and yet, he is a tour guide," he added.
Shah Rukh, who is touted as the king of romance in Bollywood, will be seen romancing Anushka Sharma in the movie.
The character of the 'Raees' star is a take on one of Bollywood's veteran Dev Anand's most iconic roles Guide (1965), where the legendary actor had charmed the entire nation with his act.
'Jab Harry Met Sejal' is SRK's third flick with Anushka. Earlier, they took Box Office b storm with Aditya Chopra's 'Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi' and yash Chopra's 'Jab Tak hai Jaan'. Their upcoming movie is also expected to have a huge impact on BO.
It will be releasing on August 4 this year. The film has reportedly been shot in Prague, Amsterdam, Vienna, Lisbon and Budapest.
