Mumbai: Ayushmann Khurrana has had a rocking time at the Box Office. The actor/singer's latest film Badhaai Ho is raking in the moolah and going strong. The Amit Ravindernath Sharma directorial has minted over Rs 75 crores so far.
Trade analyst Taran Adarsh took to Twitter Sunday to share the latest Box Office collection figures of the film.
He tweeted: "#BadhaaiHo will cruise past ₹ 80 cr mark today... Second Sat witnessed 91.18% growth… Question is, will it join the ₹ 100 cr Club?... Much depends on how strong it trends till #TOH arrives in #Diwali... [Week 2] Fri 3.40 cr, Sat 6.50 cr. Total: ₹ 76 cr. India biz. (sic)."

The film has put up an impressive show despite new releases and may enter the Rs 100 club if it continues to attract moviegoers to the theatres.
Taran, however, added that garnering a business of over Rs 100 crores is not a yardstick for a film to be tagged as super-hit or successful. Interestingly, a number of small-budget films have proved to be commercially successful this year and the list includes 'Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety', 'Raazi' and 'Stree'.
I repeat, ₹ 100 cr Club is *not* the yardstick to gauge the success of a film, but it ought to be celebrated when mid-sized films like #SKTKS, #Raazi, #Stree and #BadhaaiHo [racing towards ₹ 100 cr] hit century... Reinforces the fact that good content will always find takers.

Badhaai Ho' revolves around a family with an elderly couple probably in their 50s, two sons and the matriarch. Ayushmann plays the eldest son (probably in his mid-twenties with a teenage brother) who feels embarrassed to know that his parents are all set to welcome another baby! His girlfriend (played by Sanya Malhotra) feels it is okay for his parents to get intimate, but this leaves him perplexed.
The film that released on October 19 also stars Gajraj Rao, Surekha Sikri and Neena Gupta.
