Mumbai: The commercial success of a film reflects in the Box Office report. Ayushmann Khurrana's rom-com Badhaai Ho has proved to be a massive hit and made its way to the list of the films that have minted over Rs 100 crores this year.
The film helmed by Amit Ravindernath Sharma has some of the finest performers on board and the list includes - Neena Gupta, Gajraj Rao, Sanya Malhotra, Surekha Sikri and Sheeba Chaddha. These actors have done a brilliant job and enhanced the appeal of the story and the plot.
According to Trade Analyst Taran Adarsh, Badhaai Ho has crossed the Rs 100 crore mark business at the Box Office.
He tweeted: "#BadhaaiHo remains UNSHAKABLE and UNSTOPPABLE even in Week 3... Crosses ₹ cr on Day 17... [Week 3] Fri 2.35 cr, Sat 3.50 cr. Total: ₹ 100.10 cr. India biz. (sic)."

By entering the prestigious club, Badhaai Ho has become the tenth film of the year 2018 to do a business of over Rs 100 crores in India.

Expressing his take on Bollywood's Rs 10 crore club, Adarsh had earlier tweeted: " I repeat, ₹ 100 cr Club is *not* the yardstick to gauge the success of a film, but it ought to be celebrated when mid-sized films like #SKTKS, #Raazi, #Stree and #BadhaaiHo [racing towards ₹ 100 cr] hit century... Reinforces the fact that good content will always find takers. (sic)."
Badhaai Ho' revolves around a family with an elderly couple probably in their 50s, two sons and the matriarch. Ayushmann plays the eldest son (probably in his mid-twenties with a teenage brother) who feels embarrassed to know that his parents are all set to welcome another baby! His girlfriend (played by Sanya Malhotra) feels it is okay for his parents to get intimate, but this leaves him perplexed.
The film released on October 19.
