Aluva (Ker), April 01: A magistrate court here on Wednesday
ordered inquiry into the alleged terror links of Soofiya
Madhani, wife of PDP leader Abdul Nassar Madhani.
In a petition, P D Joseph had sought the intervention
of the Aluva Judicial First Class Magistrate court to order an
investigation into the alleged terror links of Soofiya as per
media reports.
The petitioner said media had also reported that
Soofiya had alleged connections with the accused in the `bus
burning case` in Kalamassery.
JFCM has ordered Kalamassery police to inquire into
the petition and report within one month.
The bus burning incident took place in 2005 in protest
against Madhani`s indefinite detention in the Coimbatore
serial blast case.
