Maniesh Paul, well known anchor and actor has bought a brand new Mercedes-Benz GLS 400d 4Matic luxury SUV. The uber-luxurious SUV comes at a Rs 1.65 crore (ex-showroom) thanks to multiple customizations and a dual tone paint job.
As seen in the pictures, the SUV bought by Maniesh has dual-tone paint showing a combination of Blue and Silver. While the base Mercedes-Benz GLS is priced at Rs 1.14 crore, Maniesh's SUV is customized inside out with changes requested by the actor and hence the increased price.

Mercedes-Benz has made special changes to the GLS400 to ensure that it can be distinguished from the standard version. It comes with a big grille and 21-inch alloy wheels that are only available on these automobiles. The GLS400 has a lot of chrome.
Mercedes has crammed a lot of amenities into the GLS400 and all of the seats are electronically adjustable. The interiors are upholstered in ARTICO man-made Leather. It has features like one-touch folding seats, 5-zone climate control among other things.To facilitate the driver, the SUV offers multiple features like a multi-function steering wheel wrapped in Nappa leather and a digital instrument cluster. It also gets a large touchscreen infotainment system, 360-degree parking camera, ambient lighting, start-stop push button and keyless entry.
The Mercedes-Benz GLS400 is powered by a 6 cylinder in-line engine with twin-turbochargers giving out some significant punch of power and torque. It gets a 3.0-litre engine producing 330 hp and 700 Nm of output.
