BJP released `chargesheet` of alleged misrule by Delhi govt

Terming as "misrule" the 15 year Congress` regime in Delhi, BJP today released a "charge sheet" of the Sheila Dikshit government saying citizen will not support her if they go through the 52-page document.

Senior BJP leader L K Advani, former party president Nitin Gadkari, party`s chief ministerial candidate Harsh Vardhan and Delhi BJP Chief Vijay Goel, while releasing the "charge sheet" said the document contains details of "misdeeds" of Dikshit government including price rise, scams, corruption, and anti-people policies.

The party accused the Delhi government for collapsed economic system in the city, unemployment, poor health services and unauthorised colonies, pollution of river Yamuna, and "hellish" condition of 30 lakh people living in JJ colonies.
"It provides detailed data on poor state of education, poor condition of public transport, fraud committed with poor people on housing, loot by the power companies, arbitrariness of DJB, collapsed PDS system, failed law and order, price rise, corruption, loot of public money, anti-people excise policy encouraging wine consumption, step-motherly treatment meted to villages, industrial areas, false promise about full statehood to Delhi etc," Goel said.
The document also highlights scams committed during the Congress rule, which include Sales Tax Department scam, unauthorised colonies regularisation scam, public land grabbing by land mafia under Congress patronage. The document also provides detailed information about the alleged false promises of the incumbent Chief Minister and her discriminatory attitude toward the people.
